Universal Community Development Organization (UCDO) was established in 2022 with the vision of seeing children, youth, and women empowered economically, socially, and culturally to live with dignity and resilience. As a federally registered civil society organization, UCDO operates throughout Ethiopia, prioritizing interventions in education, child protection, livelihoods, conflict prevention, and emergency humanitarian response.
